Bucket elevators
In several industrial sectors, the need for vertically lifting free flowing bulk material, of any type and size, can be satisfied by the various types of bucket elevators designed and manufactured by Gambarotta Gschwendt.
Three different categories of bucket elevators are available:
Gambarotta Gschwendt is able to revamp, modify and enhance elevators of any manufacturer and solve any problem regarding handling of continuous flowing bulk material. Moreover, the company is able to supply any spare part for lifting and hauling machines.

High-speed bucket elevators
These bucket elevators are generally used for hauling fine or granulated materials (size < 40 mm) at speeds exceeding 1 m/sec. They have a tangential centrifugal discharge and can handle high capacities (1,000 m3/h or more) over tall heights (100 m or more).ESPLV

Medium-speed bucket elevators
Bucket elevators generally used for lifting medium-sized lumps of material (up to 70 – 80 mm) at speeds between 0.5 and 0.9 m/s, with partly centrifugal and partly gravity tangential discharge owing to the continuous buckets.ESP
