Davide Gambarotta will replace former Ceo with immediate effect, and will keep on mantaining his position as Ceo and Sole Director of the company MDG Handling Solutions.

Gambarotta Gschwendt and MDG Handling Solutions will operate jointly, under the holding Gambarotta Group, with following distinct core business:
